This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the main shopping area and offers stunning views of the valley. The premises are clean and well-maintained, with ample parking space available. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous, ensuring a pleasant stay. The food served at the hotel is delicious and offers a variety of options for both breakfast and dinner. The warm and cozy bonfire lit every evening during high tea time adds an extra touch of comfort and relaxation.

The check-in process was a bit disorganized, as the staff seemed unsure about the availability of the rooms. This caused some hassle and inconvenience upon arrival.

Surrounded by magnificent mountains, the hotel offers breathtaking views of the valley. the rooms are spacious, and the staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. the open-air restaurant adds to the charm of the hill station atmosphere, and the food is delicious. they provide extra quilts and offer a variety of hot and fresh dishes upon request, making our experience even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Some rooms may not have windows with an external view.

The hospitality and room service were commendable and highly satisfying. the location was also convenient and offered stunning views of the surrounding hills. the complimentary tea and live music by the bonfire was a cherry on top of my Easter break.

The food prices seemed a bit overpriced as per the spread available and the dinner buffet was not worth it. lack of play area or kids area was a miss for family travelers.
